September 13, 1998 in Charleston, South Carolina we met in our apartment complex. Becky was coming home from a meeting while Zac was out on his balcony. We started talking because of the California liscense plates on Becky's car. We went out that night and started dating from that day. Everyone thought it was odd how we met, because of us both being from California. We just had to go across country to meet. In June of 2000 we went down to Savannah, Georgia for a weekend. The first night we went downtown, had a nice dinner and took a walk along the river. We sat down and talked. Zac pulled out a ring and told Becky he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. He asked her if she would marry him and she said yes. The rest is history.
